Request for Termite Letter

Our state-certified inspectors will check the structure for evidence of Wood Destroying Organisms (WDO), active or previous, as well as other conditions which are conducive to WDO infestation.  We will generate a scaled diagram documenting the location of any areas of concern and issue it with the report.  We will then educate you and your client on any type of treatment or property remediation that is needed in order to eliminate any current infestation.

WDO’s Identified During Inspection:  Subterranean Termites, Powder Post Beetles, Wood Boring Beetles, Drywood Termites, and Wood Decaying Fungus (not molds and mildews).

Conducive Conditions:  Wood-to-Earth Contact, Debris in Crawlspace, Inadequately Vented Crawlspace.

When the report is completed, Skyline will make sure that the report is given to the appropriate party in order to go to closing.  We can issue copies to seller or buyer, either of their agents, closing attorney, and/or any lender involved in the transaction.  If a termite warranty is issued as a part of the treatment then Skyline will transfer the warranty to the new homeowner at no charge.
